Hr & Payroll Administration Manager

As Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager you develop implement and manage accurate payroll & personnel administration. You manage bonus or incentive plans benefits and other non-cash compensation for the companys Belgian workforce.
You develop and run value added HR reports.

Personnel administration payroll and benefits administration for the 2 Belgian production plants and the central administration office
Audit employee data management payroll results and benefits entitlement to ensure legislative and awards compliance is adhered
Evaluate current procedures software systems and third-party vendor resources and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements
Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising local HR Managers and management on needed
Ensure effective cost-efficient and productive team work
Provide general support to the local HR Managers and the CHRO (such as support in the HR Projects related to legal compensations and benefits).

You have a master degree in law social legislation or equivalent by experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role in an international environment and ideally with eBlox and Protime systems.
You are fluent in Dutch French and English
