EY People Advisory Services (PAS) within our Tax & Legal service line specializes in everything that has anything to do with people management. EYs People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. We provide advice on everything from planning development programs and remuneration packages to efficiently managing global secondments and digitizing workflows.
EY People Advisory Services professionals can help effectively harness the people agenda as part of an integrated business strategy. This can translate into competitive advantage by helping clients get the right people with the right capabilities in the right place for the right cost doing the right things.
For our People Advisory Compliance Center we are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Manager.
You will be an intrinsic part of the client team and will be in the forefront of communication with clients expats authorities and other stakeholders;
You will be co-responsible for your client portfolio and will be expected to take proactive action together with the client team;
You will advise our clients on the best available immigration route and the impact thereof on their business;
Building on your existing experience you will make the proper assessment prepare your files together with the client team and follow up on these files with the competent doing so you will guide the client and their expat population through the Belgian immigration process;
You will be expected to supervise your junior colleagues and offshore team and assist them in their client work;
You will be part of our knowledge team and co-author local and global communication in regards to legislative changes and other updates. You are fluent in English (written and oral communication skills) in French and/or Dutch;
You are client minded and a real team player;
