As our Business Manager for the Brussels region, you play a central role within the organisation and are key to its success. As Business Manager at CRANIUM, you are the embodiment of our two main CRANIUM values. you’re co-responsible for attracting and onboarding top talent to fuel our Brussels business unit’s growth.
You lead and empower your team of consultants . You do this through providing continuous guidance and support to help your team members develop their skills and careers.
You’re the go-to person for project and consultancy support of your team.
You help guard a healthy work-life balance through active listening, coaching and following-up on your team.
Project Management: You lead, coach and carry out consultancy projects that fit your knowledge (think of DPO projects, leading DPIAs, carrying out assessments etc.)
Account Management: You cultivate client loyalty by fostering strong relationships . You collaborate with our team of technical and topical specialists to craft the best possible solutions for your clients and prospects.
