Support Specialist, Robert Half

Robert Half is looking for an ambitious and motivated Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Serve as primary support for sales teams
Keeping a clean and updated database (SalesForce)
Entering Candidate information into our SalesForce database
Prepare and verify contracts for accuracy
Support in sending ACM/MPC mailings, job mailings,…
Process incoming and outgoing mail from personal and team mailboxes
Compile and provide reports as requested by Leadership, Regional/District Offices or other back office departments
Perform occasional receptionist duties as needed, including managing company check-ins, booking couriers and taxis, and greeting visitors
Handle point of contact responsibilities for team members and provide support to other branches or practice groups
Post hot jobs on social media
Must be proactive in asking questions, keeping the team informed, and ensuring clear, accurate written communication.
Team Player : Actively participate in team chats, meetings, and events. Support colleagues and foster strong relationships across teams.
Maintain a high level of service for both external and internal stakeholders.
Quality-Oriented: Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and a high standard of written communication.
Location : Work primarily from the home office and/or other offices you are supporting in combination with occasional work from home
Language knowledge : Proficiency in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
Being tech-savvy : strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
