Jouw missie
Als Clinical Application Trainer ontwerp geef en ondersteun je trainingen voor klinische informatiesystemen. Je begeleidt zorgprofessionals bij de implementatie en het gebruik van deze systemen zodat adoptie vlot verloopt en de kwaliteit van zorgprocessen verbetert.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Trainingbehoeften analyseren op basis van implementatieplannen
Ontwerpen en geven van boeiende trainingssessies (groep individueel e-learning)
Ondersteunen van change management en gebruikersadoptie
Opstellen van duidelijke praktische trainingsdocumentatie
Gebruikers ondersteunen en problemen oplossen (inclusief shiften en wachtdiensten)
Nieuwe functionaliteiten en verbeteringen promoten
Effectief communiceren met alle stakeholders
Afdelingsbehoeften begrijpen en anticiperen op uitdagingen
Fungeren als betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt tussen teams
Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van zorgkwaliteit
Werkomstandigheden
Vaste werkuren tijdens weekdagen
Deelname aan wachtdiensten (24/7 systeem beschikbaarheid)
Sporadische avondvergaderingen of interventies buiten kantooruren
Intensief schermwerk
Qualifications :
Kennis & Ervaring
Minimaal 5 jaar recente ervaring als verpleegkundige
Diploma verpleegkunde
Sterke kennis van verpleegkundige informatiesystemen (ervaring bij Kliniek Sint-Jan is een plus)
Vertrouwd met ziekenhuisprocessen en regelgeving
Kennis van trainingsmethodieken en softwaretools
Vaardigheden
Uitstekende organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden
Flexibel stressbestendig en een echte teamspeler
Duidelijke en effectieve communicatie
Proactief verantwoordelijk en klantgericht
Tweetalig (Frans/Nederlands); kennis van Engels is een troef
Zelfstandig kunnen werken na een onboardingperiode van 3 maanden

- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur
