As a Relationship Manager Health & Benefits in Belgium you will be responsible for managing your own broking portfolio working with both local and international clients. including medical dental life disability time-off and flexible benefits. You will be part of the Belgian Health & Benefits team contributing your expertise to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service.
Identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and actively prospect new Belgian clients;
Ensure consistent high-quality client management and deliverables for your assigned accounts;
Contribute to initiatives within the Specialty area including health management and wellness programs disability and absence management pharmacy and claims audits.

Preferably a Bachelors degree along with a solid understanding of the Belgian insurance sector;

• 23 years of experience in designing and managing health and disability plans ideally gained in a consulting brokerage or insurance provider environment;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
