Senior Resource Manager

Working closely with the organization’s leadership and staff across the organization, the department’s multi-disciplinary fundraising teams build funding partnerships with private and public donors, generate unrestricted and restricted revenue, enhance the Search brand, and help to broaden the community of individuals and institutions that support the organization and advance the mission. This position is a member of the senior management team for the MENA/Asia region. Leads contract negotiations.

Participates in overall business planning in relevant geographies.

• Ensures balances of risks and opportunities with the regional team and at the country level.
• Reviews Pre-Teaming Agreements, Teaming Agreements, as relevant.
• Capture planning: Oversees bid process, developing tools, providing coaching and feedback, and quality control.
• Ensures appropriate buy-in. Contracting process: Oversees contract negotiations.
• Knowledge management and training: Ensures cross-fertilization of fundraising learning across teams. Oversees on-boarding of senior program and resource mobilization staff.

• Represents, as assigned, selected programs or projects and other organizations, including donors, vendors, and international and local partners.
• Native level English fluency is required. French is an advantage.
