Als Executive Assistant bij Flamant vormt u een onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse werking van onze organisatie. U werkt nauw samen met onze CEO en biedt haar de professionele ondersteuning die nodig is om strategische operationele en organisatorische prioriteiten efficiënt te realiseren.
U bent haar vertrouwenspersoon en rechterhand: iemand die rust structuur en overzicht brengt die anticipeert meedenkt en met discretie en precisie instaat voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van afspraken communicatie en projecten.
Naast uw administratieve rol draagt u bij aan de opvolging van dossiers de financiële administratie en de logistieke coördinatie van leveringen. Dankzij uw proactieve aanpak uw maturiteit en uw oog voor detail verzekert u een efficiënte en harmonieuze werking binnen het bedrijf.
Beheren en coördineren van complexe agendas zowel van de CEO als van de verkoopteams met nauwgezette opvolging van afspraken en prioriteiten.
Administratieve en financiële opvolging van offertes leveringen facturen en betalingen in nauw overleg met interne en externe partners.
Ondersteunen van de CEO en haar team bij projecten deadlines en operationele prioriteiten met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit en tijdigheid.
U beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring als Executive Assistant met minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een dergelijke functie
U bent sterk in administratie én cijfers werkt nauwkeurig en bent uitstekend georganiseerd.
U communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands Frans en Engels .
U beheerst MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) op gevorderd niveau.
Een verantwoordelijke rol met rechtstreeks contact en nauwe samenwerking met de CEO .
De mogelijkheid om uw organisatorische en administratieve expertise verder te ontwikkelen binnen een ambitieuze omgeving.

Onze thuisbasis is onze showroom in Geraardsbergen waar ook ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd maar jij gaat aan de slag in ons kantoor in Braine lAlleud.
