Analysis & Business Development Manager

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services Belgium seeks a Business Development Manager to drive regional sales growth and account development for life-science testing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating across European teams to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Direct business development efforts for PSS in Belgium, setting targets and incentives
Identify and secure new PSS business to achieve regional growth objectives
Develop account plans through client analysis and long-term strategy formulation
Design service solutions and collaborate on proposals to meet client needs and revenue goals
Manage contracting, commercial negotiations, and ensure CRM reporting compliance
Requirements
Master's degree in life sciences with business education (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years business development experience in life sciences or related industries
Expert knowledge of product and service commercialization and manufacturing
Understanding of GxP/GMP environments, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems
Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency advantageous
Proven ability to influence across functions and establish client relationships
Strategic thinking and networking skills internally and externally
