Your Impact in Order Processing and Customer Order Management

Proactively monitor the status of customer orders, address any discrepancies, and provide swift solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Work with digital systems and ERP tools daily to input, update, and track orders and related data.

Continuously seek improvements in our order management processes by sharing ideas and taking initiative for optimizations.

Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent service.

Solid experience in customer order processing, order administration, or a similar function.

Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, Navision, BC, or similar) and digital order management platforms.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

You are solution- and customer-oriented: you empathize with the customer and always go the extra mile to help.

Detail-oriented and precise, you ensure data and processes are handled correctly the first time.
