Junior Consultant - Banking Consultant

NORRIQ is an international group based in Denmark and Belgium, comprising over 350 consultants dedicated to unlocking the full business potential of companies through technology and digital transformation.

We have a specialised Financial Services practice that is experiencing rapid growth. Over 100 consultants focus exclusively on the financial services sector assisting banks in redesigning their operations to meet changing client expectations, adopt new technologies, and adhere to evolving regulations (DORA, RIS, AI Act, AML, KYC, etc).

New challenges and opportunities are quickly reshaping financial services, therefore we are looking to strengthen our Banking Transformation team with junior consultants with a passion for banking.

You have knowledge of general banking, savings products, self-invest – easy invest, consumer lending / online mortgage intake and/or insurance products through your studies.

We offer a 9 – 12 month graduate program in the front office (branches) at major Tier 1 banks , located in the following regions:

Following your graduate program, you will start your journey as a consultant, guiding financial institutions through their digital transformation. Identify customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.

Guide customers toward the fastest, simplest, and safest banking options.

You will play a crucial role in growing our expertise team and contributing significantly to NORRIQ’s success.

Following your graduate program, as Banking C onsultant , you will:

Seamlessly integrate into agile project teams, effectively taking on roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business/Process Analyst.

Our Banking Consultants:

Have a Master’s degree or assimilated.

Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry.

Can work independently and in a team environment.

Are fluent in French and Dutch.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
