Corporate Officer - Client Relationship Manager

Drive commercial impact by following up on marketing-generated leads across channels, advising professionals and organisations, nurturing long-term relationships with alumni and key accounts, and converting opportunities into enrolments.
Manage customer relationships proactively by ensuring a high-quality participant journey before, during and after programmes, serving as the main contact point for individuals and companies.
Represent Vlerick by co-organising and hosting open houses, info sessions and webinars, and by acting as an ambassador at external events.
Work smart with data by using Salesforce daily to track leads and interactions, maintaining an accurate database for a true 360° participant view, and guiding colleagues as a data-savvy CRM key user.
Continuously improve by staying current with trends in L&D, sales practices and CRM, capturing insights to strengthen our portfolio, and bringing forward ideas to enhance our sales approach, customer journey and participant experience.
Bring relevant experience in sales, customer service, advisory roles, L&D, HR services, education, or similar fields
Demonstrate passion for people and enjoy connecting, advising, and helping others grow
Are able to build networks and act as a credible sparring partner for managers and HR stakeholders
Work confidently with CRM systems , Salesforce experience is a plus
Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Communicate clearly in Dutch and English , French is an asset
