Product Specialist - Healthcare

At Stryker , we are driven to make healthcare better. We are looking for a clinically minded, customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Extremities team in Belgium, supporting our Upper Extremities portfolio across Wallonia and parts of Flanders.

This is a highly field-based role combining clinical expertise, technical support, relationship management, and business growth within existing customer accounts.

As a Product Specialist, you will become a trusted clinical partner to Orthopaedic Surgeons and hospital teams, providing hands-on support before, during, and after surgical procedures.

You will also work closely with the sales team to help maintain and grow existing business through strong customer relationships and clinical expertise.

Blueprint planning software
Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals
Support and maintain existing customer accounts
Collaborate closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager
Biomedical Engineering graduate
Bachelor’s Degree required

• Fluent French and English
• Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
