Are you passionate about IT and dealing with customers at all levels Do you have basic hardware/software break-fix experience
We are always looking for IT Support Engineers to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team.
You can choose to have different assignments at different locations with several of our customers as a mobile engineer or you can choose to be on-site based at one of our key customers.
Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support. This includes analyse incidents problems & service requests propose solutions and help implementing them. Troubleshooting incidents software and hardware
Resolution of software and hardware issues (laptop desktop printers)
Installation and configuration of laptops
Software issues for inhouse applications
Organizing analyzing and handling of tickets in the IT ticketing tool
Quick analysis and incident management close collaboration with expert team
Staging laptops and PCs with SCCM
Physical installation of cabling monitors dockings pcs printers...
Previous knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Good administrative experience attention to detail ensures accuracy of data provides data for reporting and processing of information
Previous experience working in a corporate IT environment is an asset
Very good communication skills both verbal and written in English and good command of Dutch and/or French
