Het bedrijf is actief in de HVAC-sector en staat bekend om het leveren van innovatieve oplossingen binnen technische installaties. Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Management Assistant (m/v/x). Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Anderlecht en het betreft een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in een HVAC-sector omgeving.
Als Management Assistant speel jij een cruciale rol in de ondersteuning van de financiële directie en diverse organisatorische processen. Opstellen en verspreiden van communicatie: creëren van rapporten, verslagen, e-mails en nota's in opdracht van de directie.
Optreden als tussenpersoon tussen de financieel directeur en zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden.
Bijwerken en opvolgen van specifieke dossiers: beheer van documentatie, bedrijfsprocedures, ondernemingsraden en andere projecten.
Ondersteuning bieden bij onderzoeken en analyses: helpen bij financiële projecten, opvolging van deadlines en coördinatie tussen afdelingen.
Documentbeheer: onderhouden van fysieke en digitale archiveringssystemen en zorgen voor vertrouwelijkheid en beveiliging van gegevens.
Opstellen van meertalige documenten: schrijven van rapporten, verslagen en nota's in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Administratief beheer: Logistieke ondersteuning: beheren van kantoormateriaal, coördineren met leveranciers en ondersteunen van het budgetbeheer van de financiële afdeling.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol als Management Assistant bezit jij:
Een administratieve bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Vloeiende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Goede beheersing van het Office-pakket en gangbare IT-tools.
