Medewerker van de klantenservice
Ben jij sportief, servicegericht én heb je een bovengemiddelde affiniteit met technologie? Bij onze klant, dé specialist in sportproducten en -technologie, zoeken we een Customer Support Specialist die sportliefhebbers telefonisch en online ondersteunt.
- Klanten helpen bij technische problemen, zoals het koppelen van een smartwatch of instellen van een app.
- Bijdragen aan een positieve klantervaring, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail of chat.
- Problemen van de producten onder aandacht brengen en rapporteren aan de technische ondersteuning. Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, maar bent wel snel met computers en handig met telefoons, apps en andere gadgets.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, en beschikt over een sterke kennis Engels (Frans is een plus).
- Onze klant is een wereldwijd toonaangevend technologiebedrijf dat innovatieve producten ontwikkelt voor activiteiten zoals sport, fitness, outdoor en navigatie. Een uitgebreide training om je product- en technische kennis te versterken.
