They are urgently looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator.

You will play a key role in supporting customers, sales teams and supply chain partners. You ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management and efficient coordination of logistics and export activities. Your proactive approach helps guarantee an excellent customer experience from order placement through delivery and invoicing.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master data and contracts within SAP, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies where necessary.
• Provide commercial and administrative support to the sales team, delivering relevant information to support business activities.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders from entry through invoicing, including all required documentation and certificates.
• Coordinate export documentation with customs brokers and government agencies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Validate shipment planning, coordinate transport arrangements, manage loading schedules and monitor logistics costs and self-billing processes.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain partners and logistics providers to proactively resolve delivery issues and optimize service levels.
• Handle customer complaints and act as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues effectively and implement corrective actions.
• Review invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Apply the correct sales and purchasing parameters to support efficient sourcing and internal procurement processes.

Profil

Your Profil

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar customer service, sales support or supply chain role is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of customer service, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on service and continuous improvement.
