Onze klant is een B2B SaaS-bedrijf dat de horecasector transformeert met tools die de operaties vereenvoudigen, de klanttevredenheid verbeteren en het succes van bedrijven vergroten. Gedreven door hun groeimotivatie, zijn ze op zoek naar een gedurfde en proactieve Commerciële Medewerker om hun team te versterken en hen te helpen de Vlaamse markt te veroveren.

Wat ga je doen?
Verover de Vlaamse markt
- Identificeer en volg nieuwe zakelijke kansen bij restaurants en horecabedrijven in de Vlaamse regio.
- Bouw en beheer een pipeline vol waardevolle leads die onze klant naar de top brengen in de regio.
- Voer gerichte outreach (telefoontjes, e-mails en afspraken) uit voor de Nederlandstalige markt om aandacht te trekken en resultaten te behalen.
Sluit grote deals
- Begrijp de behoeften van klanten en bied oplossingen die hun verwachtingen overtreffen.
- Bereid overtuigende voorstellen voor en presenteer ze zodat prospects enthousiast worden om met ons samen te werken.
- Onderhandel en sluit deals als een professional, met wederzijdse waarde en langdurig succes.
Word het gezicht van onze klant in Vlaanderen
- Vertegenwoordig onze klant op evenementen, beurzen en netwerkmomenten om onze merkbekendheid en aanwezigheid in de regio te vergroten.
- Bouw sterke relaties op met prospects en klanten en word hun vertrouwde adviseur in de Vlaamse markt.
- Werk samen met het Marketing- en Productteam om ervoor te zorgen dat we altijd waarde leveren aan lokale klanten.
Behaal resultaten en maak impact
- Haal (en overtref!) je verkoopdoelstellingen, want gemiddeld bestaat niet in jouw woordenboek.
- Geef regelmatig feedback over de Vlaamse markt, inclusief trends, klantbehoeften en kansen.
- Vier je successen, leer van uitdagingen en blijf hongerig naar de volgende kans.
Profiel
Wie Jij Bent
- Huntermentaliteit: Je houdt van de jacht, leeft voor de kick van het closen van deals en neemt nooit genoegen met “goed genoeg.”
- Sales Rockstar: 2-4 jaar ervaring in een salesfunctie, bij voorkeur in SaaS of B2B.
- Vlaamstalig: Vloeiend in het Vlaams (schriftelijk en mondeling) en comfortabel in het Engels.
- Sterke Communicator: Je kan overtuigend pitchen, onderhandelen en gemakkelijk vertrouwen opbouwen.
- Resultaatgericht: Je leeft voor het behalen van doelen en het realiseren van meetbaar succes.
- Veerkrachtig en Aanpassingsvaardig: Je ziet uitdagingen als kansen en vindt altijd een weg vooruit.
- Tech-Savvy: Je bent vertrouwd met CRM-systemen (zoals Salesforce of HubSpot) en salestools die je een voorsprong geven.
- Teamspeler: Je gedijt in een samenwerkingsgerichte omgeving en deelt graag inzichten terwijl je je team ondersteunt.
- Kennis van de horecasector is een pluspunt: Ervaring of affiniteit met horeca helpt je om klanten nog beter te begrijpen en hun noden sneller te identificeren.
