Internship in Category Management & Trade Marketing (M/F/X) - January 2027 - (M/F/X)

What you´ll do

As a Category Management & Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategies that drive category growth, shopper engagement, and sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Category Management projects, especially in DIY adhesives
• Help develop category strategies, including shelving, planograms, signage, and product navigation 
• Support Trade Marketing and in-store promotional activities
• Track new product launches and promotions
• Analyze market, shopper, sales, and financial data to identify opportunities 
• Analyze sales by brand, retailer, and share of shelf 
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies 
• Help coordinate and monitor promotional and sales activities 
• Support the development of trade programs aligned with sales strategies

What makes you a good fit

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in Marketing, Category Management, and FMCG
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and numbers
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented team player
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus
• Eligible to work and stay in Belgium for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027
