What You'll Do:

• Analyse the market to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products and solutions.
• Define and develop new products or adapt existing ones to meet market demands.
• Research and propose new business opportunities, markets, and growth strategies to management.
• Manage technical relations with customers, design studios, and architects, providing technical assistance and tailored solutions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute promotional and prescription activities, leveraging CRM tools and supporting the sales team.
• Prepare and provide product and technical documentation, certifications, and quality support.
• Support sales and after-sales processes, including site visits, customer training, and trade fair participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, commercial) to align customer needs with product performance, sales objectives, and market strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Fluent Dutch English and French
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on achievement.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and changeable environment.
