Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand om ons dynamische team binnen onze Dry Mortar divisie te versterken, gevestigd op onze locatie in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw . Als Site Industrial Operations Manager speelt u een sleutelrol in het behalen van onze doelstellingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid en innovatie, terwijl u uw expertise inzet om ambitieuze projecten te realiseren. Functieomschrijving:
Als Site Industrial Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de productie- of leveringssite van Holcim te Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle werking van de site, met respect voor de milieunormen en operationele doelstellingen.
Belangrijke vaardigheden:
- Leiden en coördineren van alle operationele activiteiten op de site
Toezien op veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (HSE) – veiligheid is jouw absolute prioriteit
Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en inzet van middelen
Aansturen en motiveren van het lokale team (arbeiders, techniekers, logistiek, etc.)
Toezien op naleving van kwaliteitsnormen (ISO, CE, interne standaarden)
Rapporteren van operationele prestaties (KPI’s) aan de Area Manager
Beheren van stockniveaus, grondstoffen en onderhoud van installaties
Eerste contactpersoon voor lokale klanten, leveranciers of inspectiediensten
Meehelpen bij investeringsprojecten of verbeteringsinitiatieven
Profiel:
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (bij voorkeur in technische of industriële richting)
- Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende functie binnen industrie, bouw of logistiek
- Kennis van productie- of dispatchprocessen is een plus (bijv. betoncentrales, granulaten, cement)
- Sterke affiniteit met veiligheid en milieuzorg
- Leiderschapsvaardigheden, probleemoplossend denken, stressbestendig
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Handig met MS Office en/of industriële ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus)
