Project Management and Internal Communications Consultant

Your mission (should you choose to accept it )

You play a central role in supporting our clients and their development. Here are the main tasks you will be entrusted with:

Facilitation and project management

• Coordinate operational and transformation projects: You will work directly with our clients to manage different types of projects, coordinating various stakeholders and facilitating the development of a collaborative culture.
• Support operational teams: You will help teams build solutions together, providing them with appropriate tools and methodologies to improve their efficiency.

Internal change communication management:

• Ensure fluid communication: You will collaborate closely with the client's communication department to build and implement communication plans, write internal or external communications, prepare materials, and organize events.
• Write varied content: You will write blog articles, newsletters, and content for different communication channels, ensuring that visibility and retention objectives are met.
• Design visual and graphic materials: You will be responsible for creating visual materials (posters, flyers, banners, videos, etc.) and laying out educational presentations, using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Your profile

You are passionate about communication, project management, and intrigued by organizational change. Here are the skills and qualities we are looking for:

• Project management: You have at least 2.5 years of experience in project management or activity coordination.
• Communication: You master digital communication tools, especially social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), and have confirmed experience in managing communication campaigns.
• Content creation: You are able to write clear, attractive, and SEO-optimized texts, whether for blog articles, newsletters, or visual communication materials.
• Visual tools: You have a good command of visual creation software such as Canva, AI design tools, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Bilingualism: You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, collective intelligence practices, and a change management approach is a real asset.
