We are seeking an experienced Risk Consultant or Auditor with at least 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering in non-financial risk domains (e.g. operational risk, cyber/IT risk, Third Party, BCM…) as well as a strong business acumen. As a key player in our team, you will work directly with senior consultants and clients to analyse business challenges and risks, develop actionable recommendations, and implement practical solutions. Responsibilities Understand clients environment and business priorities. Assess regulatory requirements and design pragmatic solutions. Develop and present insigts and actionnable recommendations to clients Map business needs and propose risk management strategies and solutions to clients. Assess to identify potential areas of improvements Identify opportunities for improvement related to risks management practices and contribute to the development of leading practices Provide guidance to clients on operational risk or domain risk (IT/Cyber, BCM,…) management practices. Conduct independent assessments of risk/audit practices and provide actionable advices. Qualifications Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer science, or engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit or consulting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solution-oriented and pragmatic, able and willing to propose new ideas. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
