Functie
Heb je een sterke passie voor klantenservice en help je graag mensen verder? Als Customer Service Agent NL ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je elke dag voor een hoogwaardige klantervaring. In deze rol als Klantenservice Medewerker zet je jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en luisterend oor in binnen een dynamische omgeving!
Je dagelijkse takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Ondersteuning & Advies: Klanten vriendelijk, efficiënt en professioneel te woord staan en hun vragen beantwoorden.
- Dossieropvolging: Klantvragen nauwkeurig opvolgen en telkens een passende oplossing bieden.
- Twee-talige communicatie: Vlot communiceren met klanten in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
- Flexibele inzetbaarheid: Werken in een continu roterend systeem (4 opeenvolgende werkdagen gevolgd door 2 vrije dagen) met wisselende diensten tussen 06u00 en middernacht, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.
Profiel
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
- Sterke klantgerichtheid, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een duidelijke motivatie voor de sector en de functie van Customer Service Agent NL.
- Volledige bereidheid om te werken in een wisselend shiftenstelsel (vroege shift 06u00–14u00, dagshift tussen 08u00 en 18u00, late shift 16u00–00u00) alsook op weekend- en feestdagen.
- Een betrouwbaar eigen vervoermiddel om aanwezigheid op de werkvloer te garanderen (onafhankelijk van eventuele storingen of stakingen bij het openbaar vervoer).
- Beschikbaarheid van referenties van vorige werkgevers.
- Een eerste ervaring als Medewerker Klantendienst, Callcenter Medewerker of een gelijkaardige rol in klantcontact.
