Job Description:

Are you eager to kick-start your career in the financial sector and looking for a role that combines administration, customer contact and problem-solving? As a Junior Contract & Dealer Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in managing financing contracts from approval to vehicle delivery while supporting our dealer network with expert advice and operational excellence.

What awaits you?

• Manage contract files from credit approval through to vehicle delivery.
• Collect, verify and approve all required documentation for contract release and activation.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in line with legal requirements and BMW Financial Services compliance standards.
• Proactively identify and follow up on missing information, discrepancies or potential risks.
• Coordinate the administrative handling of customer and contract dossiers with a high level of accuracy.
• Advise dealers on the various BMW Financial Services products and financing solutions.
• Support dealers in the effective use of available systems and applications, helping them achieve their business objectives.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of consumer credit legislation and anti-money laundering regulations is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and driven to deliver high-quality service.
• Fluency in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
