Jouw taken op een rij:
- Leiden van het IT-team van developers, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking en continue vooruitgang.
- Obstakels identificeren en oplossen die de voortgang van het team of de sprint belemmeren.
- Stakeholder management : regelmatig rapporteren van projectstatussen en vooruitgang aan belanghebbenden en het management.
- Stimuleren van innovatie en continuous improvement binnen het team door verbeteringen voor te stellen en bestaande processen en code te optimaliseren.
- Kennisdeling binnen het team via demo's, documentatie en trainingssessies.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een hoge opleiding in ICT of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Je hebt ervaring met teamleiderschap en kunt goed het overzicht bewaren.
- Een technische achtergrond in programmeren is een groot pluspunt.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en/of Frans , met een goede kennis van Engels .
- Competenties zoals innovatie , samenwerking , leiderschap , empathie , probleemoplossend vermogen , flexibiliteit , gedrevenheid , conflictbeheersing en het bevorderen van teamwork zijn essentieel voor deze rol.
