Description

• You manage existing contracts, ensuring timely follow-up of requested changes, in accordance with legislations & in-house rules;
• You take care of the payment when (partial) surrenders or contracts on expiration date are requested;
• You deal with customers and brokers by phone and e-mail;
• You manage and follow up on complaints & propose solutions;
• You have initial administrative experience in the financial sector;
• You have excellent language skills and can speak to clients and partners in both national languages;
• You work in an organized manner, both on a team and individual basis;
• You are listening and methodical when communicating with clients;
• You are eager to learn and are comfortable with new management programs.

Offer

• Monthly salary indication:up to € 4500
