Pour nos sites d'Anderlecht et Péruwelz, nous recherchons un Key Account Manager Cleanroom.
Ce que nous attendons de vous ?
- Le suivi des comptes existants sur le marché de l'industrie Cleanroom en développant un relationnel privilégié avec les différents interlocuteurs du portefeuille clients qui vous est attribué.
- Le développement des clients existants via la signature de nouveaux services ou sites.
- La prospection de nouveaux clients.
- Vous êtes en charge de piloter les déploiements des contrats en lien avec les services supports impliqués (par exemple : Marketing, confectionneurs, production, logistique et administratif, .).
- Vous veillez à la bonne application des contrats et notamment à la bonne application de la révision tarifaire.
- Vous veillez en permanence à l'adaptation des produits et services liés aux besoins et attentes du client, vous répondez par des actions préventives ou curatives aux demandes des clients tout en préservant les intérêts de l'entreprise. Vous êtes le garant de la satisfaction du client.
- Vous êtes en charge des comités de pilotage avec les clients : élaboration des Kpi's et analyse de ceux-ci, plan de progrès, .
Profil
- Vous disposez d'un Bachelier ou un Master. Idéalement, vous avez 3 ans d'expérience commerciale dans le secteur industriel ou B2B
- Vous parlez couramment le Français et l'Anglais aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance du Néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous prenez plaisir à négocier avec nos clients et ê orienté résultats
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et de manière autonome
- Excel et Office n'ont pas de secret pour vous
- Engagé et dynamique, vous avez le sens du détail
- Vous avez le permis de conduire B.
