De site van de Beurs omvat een indrukwekkend paleis dat oorspronkelijk ontworpen werd voor de handel, maar recent omgetoverd werd tot een openbare plek voor ontspanning en ontmoeting. Het gebouw ligt pal in het hart van Brussel en vertelt een mooi Belgisch verhaal. De Beurs werd heruitgevonden en gerenoveerd, vanaf de kelders tot aan het spectaculaire dakterras. Ze herbergt nu ook Belgian Beer World, met een ruimte voor jong en oud, een plek om te eten en bier te degusteren, een archeologisch museum, coworking ruimtes, een shop en nog veel meer.
Functieomschrijving
Ben je gebeten door de Belgische biercultuur en Brussel? Doet het vooruitzicht om dagelijks met toeristen en bezoekers in contact te komen je hart sneller slaan? Dan ben jij misschien de geknipte persoon om als shopmanager het team van Belgian Beer World te versterken.
Wij zoeken een medewerker die het shopteam bijstaat voor de dagelijkse werking, leiding en beheer van de shop van Belgian Beer World.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Fysiek shopbeheer: manipuleren van de producten, conditiecheck uitvoeren, plaatsen in de shop en verzorgen van de presentatie van de producten
- Verkoop en kassabeheer
- Je werkt gestructureerd
- Je bent creatief en weet de shop warm en aangenaam te organiseren
- Je bent stressbestendig en blijft in alle omstandigheden kalm
- Je bent gepassioneerd voor een optimale klantenbeleving
- Aantoonbare ervaring met shop management of retail is een must
- Je bent nauwkeurig
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands of Frans en hebt ook kennis van de andere taal en is een extra troef
- Kennis van courante software (Office, Excel, …)
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en kan je werk goed organiseren
- Je bent bereid om regelmatig in het weekend te werken
- Samenwerken is voor jou een plezier en je bent ook bereid af en toe bij te springen voor collega’s die dat nodig hebben
Profiel
- Aantoonbare ervaring met shop management of retail is een must
- Je bent nauwkeurig en spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Frans
- Geen probleem om in het weekend te werken
Aanbod
Je zal worden tewerkgesteld bij de AGB BourseBeures – Belgian Beer World.
Je toekomstige werkplaats bevindt zich hoofdzakelijk in het beursgebouw, één van de meest iconische gebouwen van Brussel, vooral te danken aan zijn indrukwekkende architectuur. Het werd gebouwd tussen 1868 en 1873 naar een ontwerp van de Belgische architect Léon-Pierre Suys en is een ware neoclassicistische parel. Dit gebouw, waarin nog tot 1996 aandelen verhandeld werden, was decennialang een belangrijk handels - en beurscentrum. Het beursgebouw is veel meer dan louter erfgoed. Na de huidige, fenomenale metamorfose wordt het een uiterst gezellige plek waar Brusselaars elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, en een niet te missen toeristische hotspot voor bezoekers uit binnen - en buitenland. Welkom in de Beurs.
Wat we jou bieden
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur
- Regelmatige werkuren, met twee weekenddiensten per maand
- Loon volgens de weddeschalen van de Stad Brussel in overeenstemming met de anciënniteit
- 35,5 verlofdagen per jaar
- Maaltijdcheques (8 euro, waarvan 6,91 euro ten laste van de werkgever)
- Eindejaarspremie en vakantiegeld
