Job Description
As part of our growing IT organization (150+ people), we are seeking a Senior Business/Functional Analyst to support the automation of social security processes for self-employed individuals. Working in a bilingual environment and Agile/Scrum methodology, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Your key missions will include:
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
Supporting End-to-End testing and validating technical solutions.
Contributing to process optimization and automation initiatives.
Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years experience as a business/functional analyst.
3+ years experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills
Confirmed: BPMN, UML, SQL, Sparx Enterprise Architect, XML, web services, End-to-End testing support.
Junior: API analysis (REST/SOAP), database modeling (relational & logical).
