Mission En tant que Responsable d'agence, vous pilotez l'activité de votre centre comme un véritable centre de profit, en garantissant la performance commerciale, la satisfaction client et la bonne tenue opérationnelle du site. Vos missions principales :
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires de l'agence : accueil des prospects, visites, conseils, ventes et fidélisation
- Manager l'équipe (planification, animation, montée en compétences, suivi des objectifs)
- Assurer la satisfaction client : qualité d'accueil, gestion des réclamations, suivi des dossiers
- Piloter les indicateurs de performance (taux d'occupation, CA, marge, encaissements, impayés, KPI commerciaux)
- Garantir l'exploitation quotidienne du site : sécurité, propreté, maintenance de premier niveau, conformité des procédures
- Gérer l'administratif de l'agence : contrats, facturation, encaissements, relances
- Un CDI solide avec des responsabilités dès votre prise de poste
- Un Fixe basé sur la CP200 (2 533,73€ en 2026)

- Capacité de management d'une petite équipe : organisation, accompagnement, planification, culture du résultat
- Esprit commercial : aisance dans la vente de services, la négociation et la fidélisation
- Rigueur et autonomie dans la gestion administrative, la tenue du site et le respect des procédures
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack Office, logiciels de gestion, CRM) et aisance avec les reportings
- Disponibilité et flexibilité horaires liées à l'activité d'une agence recevant du public
