- Lead the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 AI capabilities across the organization.
- Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into practical use cases.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions and adoption initiatives for diverse audiences.
- Act as the trusted bridge between business stakeholders, Digital Workplace teams and IT.
- Drive user engagement through communication, enablement campaigns and best-practice sharing.
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend initiatives to maximize business value.
- Evaluate new Microsoft Copilot capabilities and advise on their business relevance.
- Promote responsible AI usage while contributing to governance and adoption standards.
- Help build a sustainable AI culture where users continuously discover new ways of working.
What makes you successful
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Change Management, IT Transformation or Technology Adoption.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
- Proven track record leading adoption programmes within large enterprise environments.
- Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into digital solutions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or Microsoft AI services.
- Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance or the public sector.
- Knowledge of AI governance or Responsible AI practices.
