Wat zal je job inhouden?
De freight forwarder road is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, opvolgen en coördineren van wegtransporten , met een bijzondere focus op import- en exportzendingen buiten de Europese Unie, incl het vervullen van douaneformaliteiten en de coördinatie met het warehouse voor het laden, lossen en optimale benutting van de vrachtwagens
- Verwerken van import baanvrachtzendingen vanuit Turkije van A tot Z
- Opstellen van douanedocumenten voor import
- Organiseren van ophalingen voor exportzendingen
- Opstellen van export-en douanedocumentatie.
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders, douane en buitenlandse partners.
- Administratieve afhandeling van transportdossiers
- Opvolging van de opdrachten en oplossing van operationele problemen
- Facturatie en opvolging van de betaling
- Opstellen van prijsoffertes

Onze nieuwe transport coördinator herkent zichzelf in volgende zaken:
• Bachelor niveau en/of 2-3 jaren ervaring als freight forwarder ( road )
• Basis douane kennis is een must.
• Gemotiveerd, communicatief en sociaal
• Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is vereist
