Als Sales Support Specialist speel je een cruciale ondersteunende rol binnen het salesteam. Je focust voornamelijk op administratieve en analytische ondersteuning en hebt geen rechtstreeks klantencontact of prospectieverantwoordelijkheden. Je ondersteunt de Key Account Managers en Business Development Managers bij uiteenlopende administratieve taken, zoals het voorbereiden van analyses, rapporteringen en presentaties. Daarnaast waak je over de correctheid van klantgegevens en zorg je mee voor een efficiënte opvolging van commerciële dossiers. - Ervaring binnen luchtvracht en/of zeevracht is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. - Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail, zowel bij cijfers als bij taalgebruik. - Je bent goed georganiseerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen in je planning. - Je kan vlot samenwerken en communiceren met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, zoals customer service, warehouse en finance. - Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels zeer goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Een basiskennis Frans is gewenst. - Je werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Word en Excel. - Contract van onbepaalde duur; - bovenop het geld krijg je tal van andere voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatieverzekering, groepsverzekering, eco-cheques - de vakantiedagen worden je in d...
