Contract Negotiator - FSP - Belgium

IQVIA seeks a Contract Negotiator 2 to develop investigator grants, contracting strategies, and legal documentation for clinical trials. The role involves managing contracting systems, collaborating with sponsors and study teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal documentation
- Create contract language, payment terms, and budget templates for applicable studies
- Maintain contracting systems, tools, and processes aligned with sponsor and project requirements
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver contracted scope
- Provide legal, operational, and financial support for site agreements and trial initiation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years clinical site contracting experience
- Strong negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge constructively
- Excellent legal, financial, and technical writing abilities
- Deep understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development
- Solid knowledge of clinical trial contract management principles
- Fluent in English
