Wil jij meewerken aan uitdagende technische projecten binnen een hoogtechnologische omgeving? Hou je ervan om de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van werkzaamheden nauwgezet op te volgen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!
Als Facility Assistant ben jij het aanspreekpunt en zorg je ervoor dat alle installatie- en leidingwerken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, ingenieurs, facilityteams en externe aannemers om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
- Je volgt aannemers op tijdens installatie- en leidingwerkzaamheden.
- Je ziet toe op de planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid op de werf.
- Je stemt af met projectleiders, ingenieurs, facilityteams en externe partners.
- Je controleert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en volgt openstaande punten op tot aan de definitieve oplevering.
- Je waakt erover dat alle werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden uitgevoerd.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met roestvaststalen (RVS) leidingwerk en orbitaallassen.
- Ervaring binnen een hoogtechnologische, farmaceutische of petrochemische omgeving is een pluspunt.
- Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd voorop en je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
- Je communiceert vlot met aannemers, technici, ingenieurs en projectleiders.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Je bent flexibel, werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
