Companies are under increasing pressure to improve their sustainability performance, but their internal teams often do not have enough time, capacity, or specialist knowledge to complete all the work. Dazzle gives these companies fast access to experienced sustainability professionals who can support them with projects such as EcoVadis, CDP, sustainability reporting, climate strategy, and European sustainability regulations.

Instead of hiring a large traditional consultancy or spending months recruiting a permanent employee, clients can quickly work with a carefully selected freelance expert who fits their exact project and industry.

Our clients are overloaded. The sustainability managers have their plate full, but not access to the right resources or specialists to get the work done. Our job is simple: get in front of them, start real conversations, and turn those into meetings so that our founder, Robert, can build a relationship with our ICP and explain how Dazzle can help.

The Role

You own the top of our outbound funnel on LinkedIn. Not posting. Not branding. Only converting DM conversations into booked meetings.

You will:

● Engage daily with sustainability leaders via DMs, comments, and replies
● Turn inbound interest (webinars, content, campaigns) into real conversations
● Start outbound conversations with the right ICP
● Qualify leads and move them towards a call
● Book meetings directly into our calendar
● Continuously improve messaging based on what converts
● Support with proposal development in Canva

What Success Looks Like

● Conversations converted into booked meetings
● Fast response times in DM
● Clear, human conversations - no scripts
● Continuous improvement of messaging based on what works
● Successful proposal development

Who We’re Looking For

You have:

● Experience with LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, or sales work
● The ability to turn a cold message into a real conversation
● Comfort handling objections in chat
● A solid understanding of B2B (bonus: sustainability or consulting background)
● Genuine enjoyment of being in conversations all day

Important

This is not a ‘send 100 copy-paste messages’ role.

We care about:

● Quality over quantity

● Booked calls over vanity metrics

Practical Details and Compensation

● 32 - 40 hours per week
● Fully remote
● Great salary + Uncapped bonus structure - $75 per closed meeting (on average 10+ monthly meetings)
