Activities ⚙️ Jouw rol Als Supervisor Technische Dienst zorg je, samen met de Manager Technische Dienst, voor de optimale bedrijfszekerheid van de productie-installaties.
Je plant, coördineert en volgt onderhoudswerkzaamheden op , ondersteunt bij technische investeringen en industriële projecten en speelt een actieve rol in veiligheid, kwaliteit en energiebeheer . Je komt terecht op een site met een brede waaier aan installaties (o.a. blendtanks, afvullijnen, utilities, elektrische installaties en geautomatiseerde systemen) waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. - Je bent de drijvende kracht achter een compact en gemotiveerd onderhoudsteam
- Veel afwisseling : techniek, people management én projectwerk
- Nauwe samenwerking met productie, HSE, labo en externe partners
- Sterke focus op innovatie, energie-efficiëntie en continue verbetering
- Werken in een menselijke siteomgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent
- Zorgen voor een betrouwbare werking van installaties en infrastructuur
- Plannen en opvolgen van preventief onderhoud
- Coördineren van interne en externe technische werkzaamheden
- Voorbereiden en realiseren van technische investeringen en projecten
- Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu-, kwaliteits- en energievereisten
- Actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur
- Begeleiden en instrueren van contractors
- Aansturen en coachen van een team van techniekers
- Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en samenwerking
- Motiveren, ondersteunen en laten groeien van je team
- Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterk georganiseerd en analytisch
- Communicatief, oplossingsgericht en hands-on
- Een echte people manager met aandacht voor veiligheid en teamwork
- Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket in een industriële context
