Klaar om de leiding te nemen over de lekkerste en meest dynamische afdeling van de winkel? Als Afdelingsverantwoordelijke verse producten versterk je een modern en gastvrij team. Jouw hoofdrol bestaat uit het laten stralen van jouw verkoopszones, het aansturen van je team en het dagelijks optimaliseren van de commerciële prestaties.
In deze functie als Afdelingsverantwoordelijke verse producten ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Voorraadbeheer: Leveranciersbestellingen opvolgen, inventarissen beheren en de algemene rentabiliteit optimaliseren.
- Operationeel management: Uurroosters plannen, een team van 3 tot 4 medewerkers en jobstudenten opleiden en coachen.
- Kwaliteit & Hygiëne: Dagelijks de versheid van de producten controleren en de strikte naleving van de HACCP-normen garanderen.
- Merchandising: Zorgen voor een onberispelijke uitstraling van de afdelingen (Groenten & Fruit, Slagerij, Kant-en-klare maaltijden), prijsaanduidingen beheren en commerciële plannen toepassen.
- Analyse van KPI's: De verkoop, marges en derving analyseren om de winkelstrategieën aan te passen.
- Algemeen beheer: De continuïteit van de winkel waarborgen tijdens jouw wachtdiensten bij opening en sluiting (kassabeheer, veiligheid).
Profiel
- Aantoonbare ervaring in de supermarktsector, de grote distributie of als afdelingshoofd supermarkt.
- Bewezen vaardigheden in teambeheer, het enthousiasmeren van medewerkers en natuurlijk leiderschap.
- Twee-taligheid Frans/Nederlands om vlot te communiceren met alle klanten en collega's.
- Strikte naleving en kennis van hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP).
- Sterk organisatorisch talent, goed in prioriteiten stellen en over een goed commercieel inzicht beschikken.
- Zin voor initiatief om het aanbod aan te passen aan de seizoenen en de vraag van de klant.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterk servicegerichte instelling.
- Veelzijdigheid en de bereidheid om verruimde verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen in een voedingswinkel.
