Beschrijving van de functie
Wat doe je precies als ... Solution Architect ServiceNow- Uitwerken van solution designs voor nieuwe en bestaande ServiceNow-functionaliteiten (o.a. CSM, ITSM, HRSD).
- Analyseren van businessnoden en vertalen naar schaalbare en toekomstgerichte oplossingen.
- Bewaken van architectuurprincipes, platform governance en integraties binnen het IT-landschap.
- Optimaliseren van het platform door reductie van customisaties en technical debt .
- Samenwerken met business stakeholders, developers en product owners om oplossingen af te stemmen en te realiseren.
- Adviseren en challengen van stakeholders rond haalbaarheid, impact en risico's .
- Opvolgen van ServiceNow evoluties en releases en deze vertalen naar verbeteringen binnen het platform.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor architectuurvragen, analyses en validaties .
- Garanderen van een goede balans tussen kost, kwaliteit en performantie .
- Stimuleren van best practices en continue verbetering binnen het ServiceNow-ecosysteem.
Jouw profiel
Iets voor jou?- Sterke kennis van ServiceNow-modules zoals CSM, ITSM en HRSD.
- In het bezit van een ServiceNow System Administrator certificering.
- Beschikt over minstens één CIS-certificaat (CIS CSM is een plus).
- Ervaring met het vertalen van business requirements naar technische oplossingen.
- Breed inzicht in architectuur, integraties en platformopbouw.
- Vermogen om te adviseren, challengen en draagvlak te creëren.
- Teamspeler met een coachende mindset en samenwerkingsgerichtheid.
