The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving market development, supporting product adoption, executing launch activities and strengthening customer engagement across diverse healthcare markets.

While strategic in nature, this is a hands-on role requiring both vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth priorities
• Lead market development initiatives across multiple countries and healthcare systems
• Support product launches and lifecycle management activities across the region
• Build compelling value propositions and messaging for complex medical technologies
• Collaborate closely with commercial, clinical, medical affairs and global marketing teams
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop marketing campaigns, educational initiatives and customer engagement programmes
• Support congresses, workshops, customer events and scientific meetings
• Drive marketing excellence through performance measurement, reporting and continuous optimisation
• Act as a key partner to regional sales teams, supporting market penetration and product adoption

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced international marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and enjoys working in a scientifically and clinically sophisticated environment.

Requirements include:

• Several years of marketing experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, life sciences or other complex technical environments
• Proven experience operating in international or regional EMEA roles
• Strong product marketing and market development experience
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches and commercial growth initiatives
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex clinical, scientific or technical concepts
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across commercial, clinical and leadership teams
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel across EMEA
