Onze klant is een gerenommeerd onafhankelijk Belgisch advocatenkantoor . Opgericht in 2010 onderscheidt dit kantoor op mensenmaat zich door zijn internationale expertise, discretie en oplossingen op maat voor een veeleisende private cliënteel. Met operationele kantoren in Brussel en Vlaams-Brabant geniet het kantoor een uitstekende reputatie binnen de Belgische juridische sector.
In het kader van de verdere uitbouw van het financiële team is onze klant momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Boekhouder met reële doorgroeimogelijkheden naar de functie van Financieel Verantwoordelijke .
Responsibilities
UW FUNCTIE
U komt terecht in een hecht team van ongeveer 15 personen en staat in voor het volledige boekhoudkundige beheer van de entiteit, in nauwe samenwerking met de huidige Financieel Verantwoordelijke, die sinds de oprichting van het kantoor aanwezig is.
U beheert de boekhouding van A tot Z:
- Verwerking van aankoopfacturen en dagelijkse bankverrichtingen
- Klantenfacturatie en beheer van leveranciersrelaties
- Beheer van maandafsluitingen
- Opvolging en beheer van betalingsbestanden
- Payrolladministratie
- Deelname aan de voorbereiding van fiscale aangiftes en jaarrekeningen
- Controle en verificatie van financiële processen
Op termijn (binnen een horizon van 3 à 4 jaar) krijgt u de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een autonome functie als Financieel Verantwoordelijke , inclusief het beheer van de managementvennootschappen en vastgoedvennootschappen van de vennoten.
Profile
GEZOCHT PROFIEL
- Bachelor in boekhouding of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring
- Minimum 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in boekhouding, met het vermogen om volledig autonoom te werken
- Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office en idealiter kennis van Exact Online
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (interne voertaal) - een native of quasi-native niveau is vereist; goede kennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en oog voor detail
- Gemotiveerd om door te groeien naar een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en in staat initiatief te nemen
