We are currently looking for a motivated intern to join our Private Planning team at Forvis Mazars during the academic (September – December 2026).

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will collaborate with senior members of the team in our Ghent office.

Your tasks as a Private Planning intern:

• Assist the team with research and documentation for client wealth and succession planning, including family business transfers, estate planning, and basic tax or legal structures.
• Support with preparing summaries, organizing documents, and helping draft simple reports under supervision.
• Support the team in tax-related tasks for individuals and companies, such as collecting information for personal income tax returns, preparing data for the annual tax on securities accounts, or assisting with other routine calculations. All work is done under the guidance of senior staff.
• Monitor and analyze new legislation and regulatory developments, summarize key points, and help prepare internal notes or newsletters for colleagues and clients.
• Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks related to private client services, helping the team stay efficient and up to date.

Your Profile

• A Law Master’s student (September – December 2026).
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch, supported by a good basis of French and/or English.
• You can solve complex problems in a pragmatic and high-quality manner.
• A strong team player.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …).
• An initial experience in wealth, succession planning, or taxation is a plus!
