Business Developer/ Account Manager

Account Manager/ Business Developer – IT Services

What would be your mission?

In collaboration with the branch Director, your mission will consist in intervening in the commercial development with our prospects In Luxembourg.

Guarantor of the customer relationship, you will ensure the follow-up of our services.

What would be your responsibilities?

• Commercially: Manage the overall sales process from prospecting to signing the contract. Understanding the needs of prospects; identifying new opportunities and providing the most relevant solutions; responding to calls for tenders. Identifying, managing and negotiating the consultant’s placement opportunities on a contract or fixed price basis. Attend commercial events (IT fairs, marketing event, etc.) to promote our services.
• Management:  You will ensure the qualitative follow-up of the services of our consultants with the clients for whom you are responsible, and you implement the necessary corrective actions. By listening to consultants, you must anticipate changes in their missions.
• Recruitment: In order to provide a better support to the needs of our clients, you will be involved in the very last step of the decisive phase of the recruiting of our future talents.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Commercial or technical degree
• You have  at least 5 years  of experience in a similar position
• You have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to quickly and sustainably develop your professional network;
• Autonomous and sociable, you have a taste for a challenge
• You are focused on results and customer satisfaction;
• Your team spirit allows you to join a supportive and dynamic team
• A first experience in banking or insurance sector is a plus
• You can express yourself easily in French and  English .
