Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Functie- Uitvoeren en begeleiden van Business Impact Analyses (BIA) met business- en IT-entiteiten
- Organiseren en faciliteren van BIA-workshops met verschillende stakeholders
- Identificeren van kritieke processen, afhankelijkheden, business impact en herstelvereisten
- Bepalen en valideren van continuïteitsparameters zoals RTO, RPO en MTD
- Opstellen, onderhouden en actualiseren van BIA-documentatie en rapportages
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering en actualisatie van Business Continuity Plans (BCP) en Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
- Afstemmen van BIA-resultaten met bestaande continuïteits- en herstelplannen
- Ondersteunen bij het definiëren van strategieën rond operationele veerkracht en continuïteit
- Begeleiden van business- en IT-teams bij de implementatie van security- en compliancevereisten
- Bijdragen aan het IT Governance, Risk & Compliance kader
- Ondersteunen bij compliance-initiatieven rond DORA en ISO 27001
- Herzien en updaten van policies, procedures, standaarden en gerelateerde documentatie
- Opvolgen van auditbevindingen en coördineren van remediërende acties
- Verzamelen en opleveren van bewijsstukken voor auditafsluiting
- Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's, acties en beslispunten aan de IT Risk Manager
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitvoeren van Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- Ervaring binnen Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Goede kennis van Business Continuity Planning (BCP) en Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
- Ervaring met Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) binnen een IT-omgeving
- Goede kennis van risico- en compliance management
- Kennis van de norm ISO 27001
- Goede kennis van DORA en digitale operationele weerbaarheid
- Ervaring met auditopvolging en het beheren van auditremediëringen
- Ervaring met het opstellen en onderhouden van IT-beleid, procedures en standaarden
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement tussen business, IT, security en compliance
- Ervaring met het faciliteren van workshops en interviews
- Sterke analytische en synthetische vaardigheden
- Uitstekende communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden
- Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands, kennis van Engels is een pluspunt
