T.VDB is the internationally acclaimed universe of Belgian fashion designer and artist Tom Van der Borght . Operating at the crossroads of fashion, visual arts, and artistic research, we present exhibitions worldwide, collaborate with brands, and are building a growing archive of artworks and editions.

To further strengthen our studio, we are looking for an Operations & Communication Coordinator to act as a bridge between creative projects, project coordination, and communication.

Functieomschrijving

As Operations & Communication Coordinator, you will be the central hub of the studio’s daily operations. You will support administrative and organizational processes while translating the studio’s creative output into clear communication and a webshop flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Administration

• Support administrative processes to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the studio.
• Manage personnel and contract documentation.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and invoices.
  

Project & Studio Support

• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, projects, publications, and events.
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and communications with internal and external partners run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the studio team to organize internal processes efficiently.
  

Communication & Social Media

• Manage the content calendar and maintain posts on our social media channels.
• Manage newsletters.
• Write concise, clear copy for social media and the website.
• Contribute to press releases and PR initiatives in collaboration with external specialists.
  

Webshop & E-commerce

• Coordinate updates and product information in the webshop.
• Monitor traffic and sales figures and report insights to management.

Profiel

• Experience in project coordination and administration, preferably in a creative or cultural context.
• Affinity with the creative industries.
• Knowledge of social media and a strong sense of visual quality.
• Experience with Shopify, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Hands-on, structured, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Motivated to work in a small organization wearing multiple hats.

• Part-time contract (0.5 FTE) for 6 months , with the possibility of extension after positive evaluation.
