Voor onze divisie Inspecties zijn wij op zoek naar een Fire Safety Auditor die organisaties begeleidt bij het verhogen van hun brandveiligheidsniveau. De te bezoeken regio's zijn Vlaams-Brabant, Waals-Brabant, Henegouwen en Namen.
Uw taken
- Brandveiligheidsaudits uitvoeren door installaties te inspecteren, de conformiteit te controleren en brandrisico's te analyseren.
- Brandrisicoanalyses uitvoeren door risico's te identificeren, te evalueren en in kaart te brengen.
- De naleving van de geldende wet- en regelgeving controleren, zowel op technisch als administratief vlak.
- Technische installaties met betrekking tot brandveiligheid inspecteren.
- Duidelijke en onderbouwde auditrapporten opstellen.
- Corrigerende maatregelen en aanbevelingen formuleren om de brandveiligheid te verbeteren.
- Noodprocedures controleren en de doeltreffendheid ervan evalueren.
- Medewerkers sensibiliseren en opleiden rond brandpreventie en brandveiligheid.
- Samenwerken met interne en externe diensten, de brandweer, keuringsorganismen en verzekeraars.
Profiel
- Bachelor in een relevante technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Ervaring en een sterke technische affiniteit met brandveiligheid of de brandbeveiligingssector.
- Ervaring als preventieadviseur of als lid van de brandweer is een pluspunt.
- Klantgericht, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, dynamisch en organisatorisch sterk.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
