Receptionist

G2 Recruitment are currently searching for a Receptionist on a permanent basis, for a client based in Mouscron, Belgium .

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the business while providing key administrative support to the management team. This role will combine front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on coordination and organisational support across the office.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer-facing duties with internal administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The client operates within the FMCG sector , so experience in a fast-moving, commercial, or production-driven environment would be highly advantageous.

Location: Mouscron, Belgium

Start: August 2026 onwards

Salary: €3000 - €5000 per month + Package

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

• Coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for management

• Assisting with office coordination and ordering

• Helping organise internal events and team activities

Requirements

• Prior experience xlxgzvr in a receptionist, administrative, or assistant role

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication skills with a professional approach

• Professional level in English, French and Dutch (essential)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
