Job description?
En collaboration étroite avec le Facility Coordinator, vous participez à la gestion quotidienne des installations et au suivi des services généraux :
- Effectuer des rondes dans les entrepôts et bâtiments du site.
- Assurer le suivi des réparations et des interventions techniques.
- Participer au suivi de la maintenance préventive.
- Organiser et coordonner les déménagements internes.
- Assurer le suivi et l'organisation du nettoyage des locaux (nettoyage des vitres, tapis, etc.).
- Passer les commandes de matériel et de fournitures.
- Répondre aux demandes internes liées aux services généraux.
- Gérer les contacts avec les fournisseurs.
- Commander et distribuer les vêtements de travail.
- Assurer le suivi de l'entretien des chariots élévateurs et autres équipements.
Vous rapportez directement au Facility Manager.

What are we looking for?- Une expérience en facility management est un atout.
- Nous sommes également ouverts aux profils motivés, polyvalents et organisés.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes capacités administratives et de communication.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et orienté(e) solutions.
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à passer une enquête de sécurité obligatoire.
- Trilingue (FR/NL/EN) est un atout majeur. À défaut, une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise.
