Talencia is looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst for one of its clients.
Location : Brussels periphery
Start date : ASAP
Duration : Permanent (Open-Ended Contract, CDI)
Our client is a well-established retail organization looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join its internal team and take an active role in the day-to-day management and evolution of their SAP landscape.

Description

• Act as a functional reference for SAP, with a strong focus on FICO.
• Provide day-to-day functional support and analyse incidents and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and specifications.
• Understand end-to-end processes including purchasing, order flows, warehouse operations and Finance.
• Analyse interactions between SAP and external applications, interfaces and third-party systems.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams, understanding technical specifications and code without being a developer yourself.
• Participate in functional analysis, testing and implementation of new solutions.
• Gradually take ownership of existing knowledge through close collaboration and knowledge transfer from experienced SAP professionals.

Your profile

You are a SAP professional with a strong functional mindset, capable of understanding both business processes and their technical environment. Along, you bring:

• 5+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO.
• Experience as a SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, Application Consultant or similar.
• A good understanding of end-to-end SAP processes and integrations.
• The ability to turn business requirements into practical functional solutions.
• Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and understand interfaces and system interactions.
• A working knowledge of English, Dutch and French
